Much that once was...is lost. As For none now live who remember think of it.
It began with the creation forging of the Great Rings.
Four Three were given to the Elves: Immortal, all-knowing wisest and fairest of all beings.
Seven to the Dwarf- lords people . Great miners and artisans craftsmen of the mountain halls.
And nine... nine too many rings were gifted to the race of Men...who, above all else, desire long for power.
For inside within these rings was bound hidden the strength and will skill to govern each race.
